I applied for reliance broadband connection dated on 20-sep-2013. A sales person from reliance came to our house and collected 799(installation charges) + 699 (first month advance rental, Thunder 699). He used to tell that he was not getting port in the initial days and later he told it was not possible to give connection. Later, when I asked for refund, he stopped picking my call. When my friend calls, he immediately picks and asks where my friend wants the connection. I want my money to be refunded. It seems like, he works for reliance but he involved in fraudulent activities.

When I was surfing the internet, I found same person gets involved in similar activities. He collects money on behalf of reliance. Even today, if you call him and ask him for a reliance connection, he will come to your house to collect money. Once he collects money, he will block your number.
