i am suffering net connectivity problem for last 6 month. local engineer told we have requested to head office for new batteries for backup. there are saying only when i use the net when electricity is coming. i have invertor even then i can't use net while i charged full amount for last 6 months. past 20 days i hardly use 1 hrs i complaint so many times to CC. Mumbai head office agent told me they will provide the viewer when i raised the complain for viewer they denied & said "every day net down but every day we proper run it" how is the worst service which every day happen down.
now i don't want to continue that worst service & request for termination but still they didn't disconnect my connection nor proper maintain.
