Hello,

i have sent my datawind UBISLATE 7C+, Middle Camera for screen replacement on 27th of june but till date no one is responding.

i call on customer care no 0183 258 1330 but no one care to pick up the call any time. i also sent a mail to supportin@datawind.com on 6th AUG but no one is replying for the same.

Following are my complain details.

Can any body help me out

At last on 14th August 2013 I got reply mail from Datawind stating that their rep will call with in 48 hrs but almost one week is over they didint communicated with me.

CAN ANY BODY LET ME KNOW THE PROCEDURE TO INITIATE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST " Datawind - Manufacturer of LCAD AAKASH Tablet "

PLEASE HELP ME OUT. THEY ARE CHEATED ME .

I PAID ENTIRE AMOUNT AND I RECEIVED THE DEVICE AFTER 2 DAYS IT IS NOT WORKING THEN I RETURNED TO THEIR AMRITHSER ADDRESS ) AS PER THEIR MAIL DATED 16TH JULY 2013) .

AND THEY RECEIVED THE DEVICE ON 23RD JULY 2013 BUT TILL DATE THERE IS NOT RESPONSE FROM THEIR END.

Please call them between 2pm to 3pm because morning time they are busy in playing the games with customers.

if they dont reply file a legal case against them on consumer court

Dear Datawind,

I have received a tablet yesterday with big Surprise.

Following are the surprises.

1) Instead of getting my own tablet as a replacement , I got any other tablet which is not working.

2)Its Speaker & Body is damaged.

3) I have sent tablet along with charger, USB Data Cable other accessory but i didn't receive nothing except tablet in broken & nonworking Condition.

I have already filed a legal case & you will get notice soon for the same.

Best of Luck.

Keep harassing Customers.

You will be in big trouble.
