Damage product sold by flipkart- can't be return

Dear Sir / Madam,

I was ordered Butterfly Rapid 4 Jar 750 watts Juicer Mixer grinder on 21-Oct-2020 with order id : OD120011152041600000 and same was delivered on 30- Oct-2020. while opening product package its found damaged. Same day compliant raised by me for replacement, its accepted by Flipkart team and replacement order also taken with delivery date 21-Nov-2020. But without my knowledge replacement order cancelled by Flipkart team. While contacting Flipkart team about cancelling they said " Your seller return policy get expired. Hence, we can't accept your return request". But I raised return request on delivery date(30-Oct-2020). at the time delivery return policy period is 7 Days which was given by Flipkart.

Till now i am holding the Damaged product with flipkart package in my home.

Need immediate response from Flipkart.
