CSC CUSTOMER CARE NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY, ALSO DISCONNECT CALL DURING ASKING QUERIES, TWO MONTHS ARE OVER FOR APPLY IRCTC AGENT REGISTRATION, BUT TILL NOT CREATE MY ID, EVEN CREATED TICKET(COMPLAINT ON PORTAL,SENDING ALWAYS ID SENT ON REGISTERED EMAIL AND MOBILE. BUT PHYSICALLY I NOT GETTING ID ...VERY POOR RESPONSE BY CSC. GOVT ANNOUNCING MANY SCHEMES BUT GROUND LEVEL NOT IMPLEMENTING BY SYSTEM OFFICERS
