Complaint regarding Local service technician/Dealer behavior, Contract Receipt No 829


This is Sureshrao from Chennai and located in Avadi Chennai 600071 location and I am using Aquaguard Enhance machine from 2012.

and my Customer Code: 1006729758

This year I have taken the AMC for the machine on 7th Jan 2018 and I have provided the postdated bank cheque for clearance.

Contract Receipt No is 829 and please find attached contract receipt for the same.

Issues are facing with the technician/Dealer:

1. Following up with so many times and making hell lot of calls to the manager or technician just to change the tap which is very small accessories for the machine.
2. Not picking calls many times and they are not at all call back as well.
3. Giving irritating response always.
4. Not giving clear cut answers.
5. Using abuse local language to the customers.
6. Not at all listening what customer is requesting and giving reply in abuse language.

So I am going to cancel this contract, and I don’t want to continue the contract any more at any cost. Please let me know what is the procedure to cancel the contract or shall I do the stop cheque for the same.
Or can you take necessary action on the below technician and local dealer/manager to resolve this issue
