Complaint against UPPCL staff

Complaint no PV3006204553, PV3006205480, this complaint against corruption of UPPCL staff Mr pavan he is a linemen, today 30 June 2020 from the afternoon 3 pm here is no light the reason of burnt wire I called 10 to 12 time in UPPCL customers care and JE. Mr sunil but didn’t get an response from them, the line men Mr pavan was asking bribe 5000 Rs. to start light at my home. Today my complete light is off bcoz linemen pavan disconnect our main power supply. Here is not water today it’s completely mentally harassment. I am completely against this . This kind of people should not work in govt department. Please take strict action against to Mr pavan.

I didn’t get an response from the shikrani power house, there is no responsible person who is proper working this in up govt. I personally feel there is no future , all are corrupt , I m not happy with the services
