Dr Kolse manages the radiology section of Polaris Hospital, Wakad during morning hours. This is the incident of 4th June, 2018, between 10 am - 12:30 pm. We had gone for the treatment of my wife who was suffering from severe abdomen pain, and as advised by Gynaecologist, needed to do sonography.
The manner in way waiting patients were being treated by sonography lab was shameful. The patients or their relatives were made to stand there for 1-2 hours, without any communication from the doctor or the assistant. No one is aware of what sequence is being followed, and how much further one would need to wait. The staff didn't even bother to check the condition of patients, or had any sitting arrangement outside the lab. On top of that, in-house patients were treated out of order, keeping the patients standing in line waiting, without any communication.
Finally when the time came, there was another lady along with my wife, who had waited for sonography. They asked the doctor about the delay, and worsening their conditions. Dr Kolse started shouting on them, saying they should have taken appointment days before. He literally made both the women cry, who were already in unbearable pain. After that behaviour, both the patients left without doing sonography.
