Dear HDFC,
This is so ridiculous that am facing really very worst service from such a nationalised bank
I raised complaint :17298686063 on my product which i placed order for head phones by using reward points but same was got delivered to other person and signature was clearly there in the records and spoke to CC multiple times with multiple associates including some lady who usually keeps calling me as personal banker but none of them are able to solve my query and not even understand my problem
Very worst scenario as we moving to digital market,bank team is not able to trace details of the courier who it was got delivered
No one are even bothered to at least to take care of the complaint
If same was not resolved after this mail will definitely move to next level
