cheating of micromax

I bought canvas turbo 250 on 23-1-2014 and now after few days there is
battery back up and hanging problems .i want urgent service and
service centre at moradabad says it will take around30 days for
service.if it is so i m disappointed with buying such expensive and
latest phone. Plz see how u can help me.if such problem occurs with

submitted my phone to your service centre at moradabad and with
details of problem being occuring..please see to it that you people do
not keep it for long as i have purchased such an single phone
throughout my life upon request of my siblings.and i am a disabled man
who cant conversate with you and make trips to your centre always.if
possible change the entire set as again you people will repair and
agai it will have problems as my neighbours have told me..now as for a
month you have deposited with you the mobile already ,,show this time
the service you have problems are :battery backup,phone getting over
heated,processer getting hanged up,sometimes camera becomes

tell u that the service centre is unregistered and does not have any
vat/tin registration no proper phone contact and do not replya t
all..also upon sending mail to micromax they say we apologise
complaint is in process..it is now about a month coming and they are
not resolving complaint and says that ur mobile needsa doa certificate
then only we can replace it and it is being tested and are not
returning phone too..
.i am afraid to inform you that u havnt taken my
complaint seriously and as a result when i went to the servicecentre
at moradabad they returned me used handset..there were pictures of
some guy and his family some other bill with scanned copy and the
service centre dealer didnt reply ..also when i asked them about this
they said its a minor error and we will replace the board again..this
is a clear fraud case and needs FIR to be registered again micromax..i
have given u all the details of service centre already and same i am
copying again..also see to this that the person used might have done
criminal acts during this month..the people at service centre said
they cant give anything in writing and dealer is out of station and
will take more time for service and took the set back..i think
micromax is making fun of services ...now its all upto u how u take
the matter and see to it ..

also when i asked them hw it happened they said that people at centres
use the phones personally for testing ..when i asked them to replace
the set as it was used set by someone else they said they cant do so
..and can only replace the board..means they win in both cases head as
well as tail and exploited me..this is ethically wrong and genuinely
cheating case...also when i asked them to give me in writing that they
have put up a second hand used motherboard in my phone they said they
cant give anything in writing and asked for photostat of bill n
jobsheet again..i think once again government should impose fine on
them and there has to be liive video and emails to be uploaded on site
to expose them
