Cheated by the REALME TV Company and their service provider

Dear Team

With reference to my early emails dated 23rd October 2020 and 27th October, 2020 and via IN-SA2010160016 long back I got a reply from your side on 28th October, 2020 wherein you promised me that you are escalating my case with the higher team but I am very sad to see the action taken by you and its solving speed, am angry at myself and also sad that why I bought your disgusting product. As promised by your side you have send a higher team at my residence on 23rd October, 2020 (for your references, I’m attaching a video of your high level technician) he came and saw my REALME TV but didn’t touched a single time only trying to call his own Customer Head (look at video, please) and left from my home within 5-10 minutes.

Clearly, I am extremely disappointed by your REALME TV purchase and expect you to either replace the television or refund my amount at the earliest. I am enclosing herewith
