Cheated by Snapdeal: Worst shopping experience ever

Guys Listen to my story. This could happen to you also.

I wanted to buy a 4gb ram for my laptop. I after doing some research i realized that the i getting the best deal in snapdeal(Its a trap.. don't ever go for the price)
On 12th August 2014, When i tried to place the order it did not get through due to some technical errors. The money had been deducted from my account. Then I got a mail from snapdeal saying that "the order was not successful please try again" and it was also mentioned in the mail that" if the money has been deducted from your account don't worry, we will refund it"
It looked genuine to me so next day i placed an another order for the same product again. But due to the shipment delay i cancelled the order i placed on 13th August 2014. Beware, now the story is going to get complicated.
On 18th of August i got mail form snapdeal saying that your order which I placed on 12th has been updated and they are going to deliver it to me. I did not do anything to get that order updated. Sanpdeal only decided to update the order and deliver the product to me instead of refunding the amount. They had my money already with them so they were doing whatever they want. I called up the customer care to know how this happened, but they were also clueless and completely ignorant. Even after making so many calls/ sending multiple mails, I still have no clue about the product which was sent to me or the cash which was supposed to be refunded by them.
