I ordered a mobile phone from Snap Deal worth Rs.680/- on 27th July 2014. After a shipping delay they delivered the phone to me on 2nd August 2014. The Phone did not have the Battery. When I called them up they said their customer will contact me back. They then offered me a Rs.200 rupees compensation for buying the battery on my own. I was not happy with the offer and said I am not interested in shopping the battery for myself. I could as well buy a new phone rather than searching a battery for this model. They told me that the battery is out of stock. How is that possible when they still have the product online for sale. I told them to send me a battery or take the product back and return the money to me. They promised me a call back on 5th August but have not called since them. This is the worst services I have ever encountered with online shopping.
