I am writing to you to raise an issue about: REALME TV
The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased a Realme Smart TV Black(43'') product from its supplier, Suresh-1936, VM Retails, Ground Floor, 64/4/2 and 64/5/1 Nearby Mundka Industrial Area, Mudka, Main Rohtak Road, New Delhi-41 on 29th July, 2020. Due to display panel issues, I called Realme customer service, they came, took the TV and promised that we’ll be returned your TV within 4-6 days after repairing but it’s now almost 20-25 days passed they all failed to delivery my TV on time. Now, yesterday 13th October, 2020 a Service Engineer came and installed my TV but I shocked when I saw its poor qualities of screen and others parts, it’s a horrible experience for me & my family. They exchanged its original parts and installed a local display panel into my tv which i enclosed below for your kind infroamtion. Please help us and try to get it done asap.
It occurred on: 13/10/2020 Exchange my TV or refund my amount.
