Given the complete information about the product which I purchased from Tradus.com
I just used the product only once and it worked and even at that time its cable which gets connected to the laptop or computer to download the data becomes too hot .I thought not an issue I can manage that.
When I tried to use the same pen after a week time , it did not worked at all.
Kindly replace this product at the earliest else I have to proceed ahead legally against Tradus.com and Gauba Traders at Shahdara and I will do file online complaints on each and every forum.
I will not hesitate to contact media to take action against Tradus.com.
They are playing fraud with the customers; I have read so many complaints online against Gauba Traders. If I know it before I would have not purchased any product from them at all.
Expecting strict and necessary action at your level against these sellers.
