By mistake recharged twice, but no credit for that

Hi Consumer Forum,
I started using Aircel 3G pack of 447/- on 22nd September. The pack said it would give every month 2GB data with 3G speed and then rest of the month unlimited data with 2G speed. This pack would be available for 3 months. So on 14th November, 2013 somehow I found that the after a while my net was not connecting. Thinking that the data limit is over I had recharged with 399/- 3G pack. But nothing happened. When I called the Customer Care they first asked me to reset my dongle settings. Then they said that when a pack is already in place another pack wont work. How stupid! I use Airtel....they never say such bullshits!!! Its always natural that whenever a new pack is raised it would take precedence. So this customer care executive said that my Money wont be given back. But I want my money back. Aircel is cheating on people.
