Bsnl broad band worst service ever found ,,,daily hardly average in 24 hours 4 or 5 hours net runs then goes off , in-charge officer of Internet does not receive our complain cal;l and dis-connects our call so whom to complain daily net shuts down,,, ( with slow speed too) , Now the main reason is power goes daily in my town sanjan,,Dist valsad gujarat ,so if after working hours or holidays local exchange shuts down and no staff is there so the net shuts down because of old generator system it starts manually there is no auto start system as this been told by local service man has to come from other station or he may come next day morning than the net will start ,,so is this our modern digital India ? In which century we are ? why there is no auto start system when power goes off of the whole town ,,for few minutes or a half hour ,,why not they can put a system that a net should start by itself or to provide 24 hour a man in charge in local exchange ,available coz of this inter net complains instead of that they have stopped receiving our complain calls and not listing to us as we are beggars paying monthly Rs 900/ for inter net unlimited internet Broad band ,,with zero service ,,,and have no manners to speak with users complain and if we call the main internet in-charge officers cuts down our call ,,,or rejects our call , don't we feel insulted on this dis-behave ,,,
this all drama has started after a new net work inter net as been start in our town,,,and many Bsnl user has stopped Bsnl service and rush to the new internet connection so because of this worst service many Bsnl user are cancelling there broadband connection and going for new internet company ,,,so is this the in-tension of Bsnl in-charge officer I mean area in-charge to do this intentionally so all the bsnl user gets fad-up and go to the new internet net work,,? not give them proper service or reply nor improving the system from the root so this type of complain gets stop and no one will dis continue the bsnl broad band
