broadband connection not working from last one month

My reliance broad band connection No:376026437672 is not working from

last one month. I have registered many complaints through customer

care and not yet resolve the issue. Recently I have received a bill

for Due date is 29th oct 2014. Now the customer care service also not

working properly.

Why should I pay this amount for a dead broad band connection? I need

a solution for this worst service from Reliance Broad Band.
