I have called Voltas to get my Split AC serviced, but when we asked him to turn the AC on so that we can check whether it is working fine or not, he told that it is not good to turn on the AC, as the filter are still somewhat wet. The AC got serviced a few weeks ago, but last night we turned on the AC, and it didn't cool. Service engineer came in today and told that the gas has leaked and you will be charged Rs.2200. How did the gas got leaked and aren't they supposed to fix it free of cost, as it is just been a year since we have bought the AC. I have faith in Tata products, kindly don't force me to change my opinion.
