That company basically share brokerage company. Don't waste your time by joining at Dynamic Levels. There is no job security and career growth.
Their HR rules very rediculas . If you are experience professional of any field, at the time of joining at Dynamic Levels ,they gives you designation as Trainee for 3 months. This is bad impact for your career. They provoke candidates to sign bond paper mentioning that you can't leave company without giving 3 month notice period. They don't permit you to be a permanent employee after 3 months.
Duty hours is 10 hours and every saturday is half day. The ceo of this company is fully mad. He has no goal , no planning . He changes plan everytime in the meeting. By working with the company boss/ceo, you will be completely mad.
He [CEO] can sack employee anytime if you have no value. He always trying to findout alternative option. Eg. Suppose you are hired as php developer, simultaneously he outsource some php task to outsiders . There will be huge comflict between inhouse and outsider php developers. Outsiders always try to brainwash CEO's head.
