Beware of Dynamic Levels :: Don't spoil your career by joining at this company

Dynamic Level Pvt. Ltd and Dynamic Comodities Pvt. Ltd. is the worst company based in Kolkata ,Technopolis, 14th Floor, Sec 5.

That company basically share brokerage company. Don't waste your time by joining at Dynamic Levels. There is no job security and career growth.

Their HR rules very rediculas . If you are experience professional of any field, at the time of joining at Dynamic Levels ,they gives you designation as Trainee for 3 months. This is bad impact for your career. They provoke candidates to sign bond paper mentioning that you can't leave company without giving 3 month notice period. They don't permit you to be a permanent employee after 3 months.

Duty hours is 10 hours and every saturday is half day. The ceo of this company is fully mad. He has no goal , no planning . He changes plan everytime in the meeting. By working with the company boss/ceo, you will be completely mad.

He [CEO] can sack employee anytime if you have no value. He always trying to findout alternative option. Eg. Suppose you are hired as php developer, simultaneously he outsource some php task to outsiders . There will be huge comflict between inhouse and outsider php developers. Outsiders always try to brainwash CEO's head.

Ultimately, CEO is fully mad.....Remember, those candidate who want to join at dynamic level, Join at your own risk.

Anytime you may be sacked , no job security , no respect ...

FIRST TIME I HAVE PURCHASED A LED TV 42 INCHES THROUGH BAJAJ ELETRONICS,DEALERS IN ELECTRONICS AND HOME APPLIANCES D.NO.1-12-118/14,PLOT NO.LIG-B-14,MANIKONDA PLAZA ,DR.AS RAO NAGAR,KAPRA,SECUNDERABAD,RR DISTRICT PHONE NO.04040157351
DATED:-29/09/2013 DURING THE TIME OF INSTALLATION I FOUND THAT THE BACKSIDE OF TV THERE IS A HDMI PORTS 1 & 2 ARE WRONG AND CURVED PINS I IMMEDIATELY ASKED THEM BUT THEY ARE IN HURRY TOLD ME IT IS LIKE THAT THEREIS NO WORRY. WHEN I BRILNG ONE LAPTOP INSTALLUED THROUGH HDMI CABLE IT IS NOT FUNCTIONED ANYTHING THEN I AGAIN CONTACTED THE INSTALLED PERSON NAME NOT KNOWN HIS PHONE NO.8297563623 THAT PERSON SIMPLY TOLD THIS TV IS NOT SUPPORT ANYKIND OF LAPTOPS ONLY HOME THEATER IS U CAN USE. THE SAME MATTER MADE COMPLAINT IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER,2013,DECEMBER,2013 THE COMPLAINT NO.RNA NO.1312200 THE COMPLAINT IS IGNORED UNNECCESARLY WITHOUT ANY JUSTIFICATION, AGAIN I MADE ANOTHER COMPLAINT IN THE MONTH OF JANUAVATRY,2014 COMPLAINT NO.76027. THEY CONTACTED ME IN THE PHONE AND TRY TO RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM THROUGH PHONE CALL BUT IT IS NOT POSSIB LE THE PROBLEM IS STILL REMAIN LIKE THAT. AGAIN I PURCHASED A SONY HOME THEATER MODEL BDV-E-3200 AGAIN CONNECTED BUT THAT HOME THEATER ALSO NOT SUPPORTED BY THE LG TV. THE SONY ENGG. TOLE PROBLEM IS IN YOUR LG TV ONLY NOT IN OUT HOME THEATER . THEY AGAIN CALL THE LG ENGG THROUGH COM PLAINT NO.RNA NO.1410260201130, THEY SIMPLY TOLD ONE YEAR WARTNTY IS OVER NOW YOU ARE READY TO PAY SERVICE CHARGES RS.1180+ PART COST RS.8880/- TOTAL COST ARISE RS.9,930/- ONE NAMED MAZZAD LG TECHNICIAN CAME TO MY HOME AND GIVEN THAT THE ABOVE SAID ESTILMATION AND CHARGED RS.281/- THEY I AM VERY MUCH WORRIED BECUASE I NOTICED THIS DEFECTVERY FIRST DAY BUT THE INSTALLISED PERSON NOT TAKEN SERIOUS MY WORDS. NOW I TRIED THE SAME FROM OUT SIDE LED ENGG. WHO RESIGNED AND OPEN HIS OWN SHOP IN SECUNDERABAD HE TOLE I CAN DO THE REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR WORK WITHIN RS.6000/- THEN I FINALLY APPROAHCED THAT EX-LG ENGG. NOW I LOST RS.6000/- INCLUDING SONY COMPANY SUPPLED HDMI CABLE WORTH RS.800/-

I FINALLY REQUESTED U TO COMPENSATE MY UNEXPECTED LOSS RS.6000/- AND A LOT OF MENTAL TENSION THE DEFECDTED TV SUPPLED ME. I AM WAITING A FAVOURABLE COMPENSATION AMOUNT FOR RS.6000/-
