Bad experience on a Private nursing home

I have had a very bad experience on a particular private hospital during my wife pregnancy. Both my wife and Kid was put at risk. This happened in 2013. I would like to know where can I complain about this as this is a pattern followed on all patients by a particular doctor

It is very common in India. Most of doctors do such things to make money.

So do we just got to let things like this go?? And allow them t follow such evil patterns and not bring it to the notice on higher authorities??

That's why they treat Police, Judges and Politicians free of cost.
