Aquaguard - Poor service

I paid 15490 for Dr.Aquaguard Magna HD Green RO on 30-March. The sales person KOTI REDDY M committed of delivery/installation by 31-March. Today is 5-April, there is no update.
After several follow-up calls made by me I learnt that the usual wait time is 7 to 8 working days. Then why that salesperson promised 2 days?
On 2nd April I also requested for Refund of my amount. Even for that there is no response from Eureka Forbes. When contacted Customer care, they say they are in meetings, audits, etc. So Customers are next to your meetings in the order of priority. Great! When can I expect the refund?
If the pre sales/during sales support is such a havoc, then how can we be sure of their post sales service and support?

I just googled to find plenty of blogs & many customers are suffering... :(
