We have purchased a new water purifier for my brother-in-law that time from your marketing person I asked for for my nova water purifier for servicing then he a service persons name:Rajesh & contact No.8277397851/9035243986.
As per the above contact No. I have called the person, were he has sent other person name: Arvind & contact No.8892607217 have come and checked and he told sensor new to be replaced were as he told with bill it is Rs.3000/- and you can me with out bill only Rs.2000/-
On the next day I have faced the same problem and called him once again to checked it, after rectifiying he told your pcb is weak to be replaced
