Airtel Not Responding for New Broadband Connection

i have applied & Paid Airtel broad band connection onine on 20th Jul 2015.
8days completed after my registration.
Till date there is no response from Airtel representsatives.
Whenever i call them they are saying Tomorrow we will call and confirm you for connection.

i registered complaint through Customer complaint mailsas below
appellate.ncr@in.airtel.com
nodal.southabts@in.airtel.com

Alteast Nodal guys replying will resolve in 4days but 8days completed.
Appellate respresentative not even replying to the complaint registered through mail.

I need the connection or the amount need to get repaid immediately.
atleast i can buy from other internet provideres.

I though their service will be good.Only in the Advertisement their service is good not meeting customer expectations.


If you are not able to provide such response remove all your online services.
