Account deactivated - How do we get it reactivated?

Its been months I have been trying to reactivate my IRCTC account and I have still not got any response from IRCTC. I have spoken to their customer care center many times and like a parrot they keep repeating the same message (send an email to care@irctc.co.in. There is no response for my emails till date.
I tried to re-register but unfortunately i get a message that my mobile number is already used.

IRCTC should come out with an easy solution instead troubling the citizens. It is easy to say for a call center person to send an email and they will respond within 2 days - but this never happens. Government should interfere and get this corrected and they should have a quick resolution for these kind of issues.

After writing email to them, you will get a ticket id. Then you must call them with the ticket id.

At the same time you should have attached some id card details in the email for faster response.
