1.5 Ton split AC not cooling

I am residing in chennai at Villivakkam. I have purchased 1.5 Ton LG split ac from Rathna cools pvt ltd, T.Nagar, Chennai on 7th march 2011. From the day one ac is having problem and right now it is not getting cooled. I gave a complaint several times and no one attended. When I have gone through net I have seen several people giving worst complaint on your company. It is very ashame to see a top company doing like this. So my rerquest is come and attend the problem and rectify it. My adds is Pl.no 23,D.no9(n.no15).,First main road, North Jagannatha nagar, Villivakkam, Ch -49

What I suggest you, before going to consumer court, you must check whether you properly have installed the Ac or ask Company to make sure they do fix everything that causing problems. There are many different Split Ac available, you can get refund back and then buy any other from trustworthy source.
