sir,i want to clear ma complaint that from my bsnl prepaid Mithram sim,its deducting 20 rs every month.i had neither activated any of the offers .but for about 1 year its the same situation.I want to clear the complaint as soon as possible...as i had registered my complaint in bsnl customer care...
