I had contacted Lenovo support for laptop, for which I waited over 4 working days before they arranged onsite repair. Even then, Kolkata Lenovo FS team denied replacement quoting breach of warranty although approved by Lenovo Support. "PUT THE CUSTOMER ON HOLD". This is how FS team reacted. Really pathetic organization, only for harassing 3-4 hours at my home. Hope they understand it's not only their business concern, but also the time and money of customers!!
