    Hi If its E-Ticket, Wait List passenger cant travel..So refund should be automatically..So for E ticket- Wait list..no required for TDR If it is Counter/I Ticket ..Passenger can Travel even if wait list

    I filled the RTI (Indian Railway, Central govt). It was instruction that case should be resolved by 13th Feb 2014..I got the amount on 13th Feb 2014. So please file RTI , if TDR not Refund over 90 days of filled TDR
