i have taken internet connection from youbroadband and paying for 512kbps speed with unlimited usage from last 2 months.
i am always getting speed below 100 kbps and done complain for this issue more than 20 times in last 2 months but they have not started giving me 512 kbps speed. every time i complain next day they are sending me message that complain is resolved without taking any action.
if they are not capable to give me 512kbps speed and then they should refund me the money and i can find new internet supplier.
