I am filing complaint against "www.d2hshop.com"
i have ordered Salora SM502a + Pouch, Branded Designer Watch worth rs.1000 on 18th october 2013
till now i have still not recieved the product.
when i complained to them they told my money would be refunded in3-4 days which has still not done for 3 weeks. my order no. is 800023168.
please help me.

I bought a shoes to d2h shop and I selected the half ankle shoes but
He send me full ankle boot .
Now I complain with d2h and image are changes and shoes are
Different.
He said to me I can not exchange this shoes.
So what I do, please suggest me.
