WORST SERVICE AND THE SERVICE STAFF BEHAVING BADLY TO THE CUSTOMER

I was purchased a Piaggio Ape City passenger auto, bearing chassis number MBX0003BFXK944770, from East Venice Auto Alappuzha, Kerala on 07/01/2020 and it has run only 9444 km. Its speedometer cable changed twice with in a month, once the stopper cable and once t he fuel feed pipe changed and I made its payment. The warranty lady from the showroom ( I dont know her name)said that the vehicle has a standard warranty of just 8 months and is now out of date, so the parts are not covered in extended warranty. I politely asked her for warranty details, but she spoke in a way that irritated me harshly. Also she shouted me and cut off the call saying I don't want to talk to you right now. All calls are recorded on my mobile.
Is this customer service.?
Piaggio dealer treat a customer like this.?
How can a person again purchase a piaggio vehicle because the customer service like this..?
A staff like this is enough to lose that companies or product goodwill.

In my experience i will never service my vehicle in piaggio showroom.
