Why did we pay channel fees and electricity bill for unwanted advertisement ?

Channel collect money from advertisement company and consumer both while consumer paid only for program not for advertisement .
Consumers have to watch unwanted advertisement with paying extra electricity bill and their valuable time.
It is a double burden on consumer to pay extra electricity bill for watching unwanted ad's.
