The Service at Rediff Shopping is very poor. I ordered a book nearly four months back (11th May, 2015; Order No. Order No: 11573998) but so far there is no delivery. Each time I enquire they say, "We are checking with the concerned department." Rather pathetic! I'm sure this is my first and last order with them! A Fernandes.
