CNA160725078819/RNA 160902062904 Complian no unsatisfied service again and again issue facing,Poor warranty serviceI m end-user for LG products we are using this brand before 10 to 15 years we are very blindly trusted for this product but now we are facing many issue in LG refrigerator its purchased 20 oct 2015 its seem very cold and unwanted ice in upper door in ice cubes cold but hole fridge very very cold we are unsatisfied now for this product. We called many time in toll-free but 1 time one engineer come in 10 years warranty why we give service charge for engineer. We want complete replacement in product we are unhappy and worried about this issue. Plz take this query seriously.
