This is unfortunate experience with Vodafone. On 23rd Feb 2019 I recharges my vodafone number with Rs509 whose validity was for 90 days. On 12th March 2019, I had to recharge another Vodafone number of one of my family member. But by mistake I have recharged my vodafone connection again with Rs.509 today on 12-Mar-2019. I immediately requested Vodafone to kindly refund the money or extend the benefit of additional recharge to me through email. Unfortunately today they decline to extend any benefit or refund to me. This is a UNFAIR Trade Practice.
Please raise the issue and help me to get the benefit of the additional recharge or refund the money.
