Since last month I had horrible experience with TATA Sky service provider.
The way they respond is completely unethical and irresponsible. Is any administrative organization have control of this kind of service provider.
There is lot of ambiguity in terms and conditions and it is really difficult to switch to other service provider as we already invested money for the installation.
This could be dangerous as in one side government forcing to use settop box with limited service provider and other side thses kind of companies behave like a monopoly.
I am not sure about other service provider but all of them are the part of this, so take corrective actions to control.
