Tropicana : Dead ants in the Mixed Fruit Juices(Pepsico)

Pepsico continues to ignore against my complaint of "dead ants in their Tropican Mixed Fruit Juices".

I promise them to take this case forward to its conclusive object.

Complaint:
- On pouring the juice there were two dead ants in the juice. (pl. see picture) that came out.
- The pack was completely sealed before opening and there were no ants in the kitchen and the glass tumbler. which means the dead ants were inside the sealed juice pack

Tropicana continues to have issue of Foreign bodies and insects in their juices and this is second incident with me.
This is very unfortunate of the company of your stature. I have nothing more to add but certainly it does give me poor confidence to pick up a pack of Tropicana next time.
I hope to get a sincere response and correction of such error in your process and filling line.

Today , 10th Apr we found a black particle in Tropicana mixed fruit juice I L Mfd. 050311 Batch 1064AA 0750 hrs.
To see the black particle in Tropicana juice was horrible.
Pl. investigate for this error and revert.

Remember these fruit juices are boiled at high temperature. Otherwise you could have got them alive .

akchhonkar you should also give complaint in your local health department(food & supplies of state govt.) in your district and also write letters to media groups(newspapers etc).
