While travelling by train No. 22660 on 30.04.18 from Haridwar ro Vadodara, we found that in S5 BOGIE the fans were not working, Immediately the coach attendant was informed at 8.30 am and he called mechanics who could not make them functional. We registered complaint online also. But there was not response. Only receiving calls from customer care whether fans started functioning or not. But no one has visited or tried to make them functional though it was being asked. The entire journey from Haridwar to Vadodara we have to carry our without fans passing through the Hottest part (Delhi-UP-Rajasthathan-MP). Even though the coach attendant was also lost after Delhi to whom we can complain. The feeling for the excellent services of IRCTC is lost. One of copassengers also got down due to Heat wave. I feel that India Railway should refund us the travelling expenses and also reimburse reasonable amount for agony we faced. The complaint registered is attached
