I haven't received the refund for the PNR- 245-8757599.
The booking is not showing in my booked history and request was made through email. I also spoke to IRCTC customer service regarding the same and was informed me that there is bug in the system and sometime bookings are not displayed in history.
Can you please inform the status of TDR? Request you to do the needful asap.
