TataSky is a fraud

This is the second time this week that my connection is not working. I have three connections and while two of them are working fine, the third TV (HD+) keeps giving me trouble. And because these problems happen "after service hours" I am left with no TV access for the evening and have to allocate time on a weekly basis of a site visit during the day. This means that I have to take an off from work for this. If I am spending over Rs.8000 every year why should I be satisfied with no signal? Tata Sky should refund my money so that I can take another DTH connection that actually works. And to top it all, you have rude, uneducated customer service executives who don't know how to talk. Let alone how to talk to a lady. I am not going to recommend this service to anyone that I know.
