I WANT TO MERGE MY SECONDARY BOX WITH PRIMARY BOX WHICH I REGISTERED A CALL ON 9TH JUNE 2014 AND THE CUSTOMER CARE TOLD ME IT WILL BE DONE IN 24 HOURS. BUT MORE THAN 6 DAYS HAVE PASSED, NEITHER I GOT ANY CALL NOR ANY TYPE OF INFORMATION FROM THEIR SIDE.
