Tata sky was supposed to do a simple job of swapping my primary and secondary connection. I wanted to make my HD box primary as i was not using an extra TV anymore and did not want to use the non-HD box. For such a simple request it has been more than a week and Tata sky only provides false promises of doing it in an hour or 24 hours. The call centre guys are idiotic and have no idea how to resolve problems. Poor poor poor service from them.
