SnapDeal is the biggest fraud web portal.
Firstly, the price that it displays on the product detail page never matches the amount that it shows on the final payment page.
Either it says product is sold out or it asks to select a different seller. And different seller will always be selling at a higher price.
Sellers with SnapDeal are also equally fraud who never deliver products on time and most of the time without any intimation cancels the order [specially if the product was purchased in an offer].
It is understandable if the order has been cancelled due to unavailability of the product, but if you open SnapDeal web portal you can see the same product is available. I mean if it is available on portal then how come and due to what condition SnapDeal canceled the order.
Then there is never a communication from the SnapDeal customer care people on any of the complaints raised. These people are very quick in raising a complaint from customer but seems they put all the complaints in dust bin and are least bother about resolving them.
It seems that since Softbank has invested in SnapDeal $10 Billion, SnapDeal has lost all its ethics and are now least bother about customer satisfaction and only concerned about making money at any cost.
So in all SnapDeal is the WORST experience for making online shopping.
