Hello sir, I have purchased XOLO a500s from Shopping Indiatimes, It has some screen defect problem and I requested to replace it I have given every single detail and courier it to them and they recieved on 21st December and after calling daily to them and placing comments on facebook they reply on 7 day after they recieved and said your DOA is not found in Packet.. Does it takes 7 day to just reply? and I 1000% send DOA and they don't recieved? I don't believe it is true... If I don't get my replacement I will case in court on Shopping Indiatimes.. I haveb been tortured a lot.................
