Samsung Customer Service Experience sucks the most !!!!!
I have purchased a Samsung Level U Headset on 12th Feb'19 which I had to gift it for my Fiancee since day one he has started using it he is facing a couple of issues & I escalated the case to Samsung CEO mail ID but till now there is no proper action been taken after spending 2.5k, Executive from decision-making team calls & talks very rude stating that when your free you can go to the service center & handover so that they can look into & the timing is only 10am - 6pm which really not matching to my working hours.
I want the Team to take a relevant action against either replacing, refunding nor getting the product picked up from my place.
Awaiting for your response with corrective action.
