I own a samsung galaxy s10 plus, which I purchased last year, from beginning only battery drain was an issue, I try to contact samsung horrible customer support, I wonder why in such flagship smartphone they give such cheap low quality as well as low capacity battery, phone heating up was an issue even on streaming you tube for just 15 mins, the so called exynos processor was a nightmare for me, phone hangs like anything. Why in the name of flagship they are cheating the hard earned money of consumers????. I swear never in my life I will go for any samsung product. It is to inform others also don't fall in the trap of samsung.
