Retards of IRCTC

Hello fellow consumers,

IRCTC is famous for its damn slow site and their retarded staffs and rules. Recently I had a partial waitlisted ticket in which one passenger ticket is confirmed and other passenger ticket got waitlisted. So I thought I will get refund as usual for the cancelled ticket and got un-reserved ticket from station and continue the journey.

I didn't receive refund even after two weeks, so I contacted IRCTC retards and their response was similar to this

"You need to file TDR within 3 hrs from the departure of train"
How the hell can I file a TDR within three hours? without knowing a thing called TDR.

Also, they didn't inform me to file a TDR within three hours while booking the ticket. This information was neither informed via SMS nor email.

IRCTC is not providing satisfactory services and in addition to that they steal your money without informing you.

How can we tackle this issue? Any way to get remedy? Please advice.
