My name is PINTU KUMAR SHAW from Bandel. i am purchase a samsung mobile phone, model no. Quattro I8552 on 31/10/2014 from NEW UMA TELECOM,Bandel Station Road, Bandel Hooghly-712123...
after 10 days i can surffing with a many problem with my phone. battery damaged, software crupt, automaticaly re-start phone, heating. i can visit 4 times in samsung service centre at serampore. but till days i am not satisfied with service or representative behaviour.. i told him many times for D.O. or repla[/b]ce my cell but he can't so that. representative told me that if your phone not correctly run in 3 service than your phone will be replace. but all thing is wrong.
So please help me and solve my problem as soon as possible.
